Employment

Morning shift, 15 – 20 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Qualified applicants are responsible individuals who can carry out oral and written instruction. Work on their own without constant supervision. Knowledge and experience with lawn and gardening a big plus. $12-$14/hour.

Grounds Maintenance Duties:
-Weeding and cleaning flower beds and zero scape areas.
-Pruning trees and shrubs.
-Transplant flora from one landscaped area to another.
-Thin grasses in flower beds.
-Sweeping sidewalks, outdoor entry ways, and courtyard.
-Weed eat along sidewalks, buildings, trees, and other landscape/grounds structures. 

Custodial Duties:
-Clean/sanitize public and staff restrooms.
-Clean walls, mirrors, sinks, toilets. Sweep and mop floors.
-Vacuum carpeted areas.
-Empty trash cans throughout building, inside and outside.
-Wash windows inside and outside.
