Public Comment Period:  FCLS Proposed Addition of a Guiding Principles Policy

The Fremont County Library System Board of Trustees intends to add a new Guiding Principles Policy to the FCLS Organizational & Personnel Policy Manual. In accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act (WAPA) [Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 16-3-101], the proposed changes may be viewed at each FCLS library, or at the link below:

A hard copy is available at the main circulation desk at the Lander Library (451 N. 2nd Street), the Riverton Branch Library (1330 W. Park Avenue), and the Dubois Branch Library (202 N. 1st Street).  

The 45-day public comment period begins Wednesday, April 8, 2026. Interested parties may send comments to Library Director Anita Marple at any of the three libraries listed above or by email to amarple@fclsonline.org. Comments will be forwarded to the Library Board.

NOTICE:‍ ‍Fremont County Library System Board has voted on a new meeting time and will now meet on a new day and time for all future meetings.
Regular board meetings will now occur the first Wednesday of each month at 9:30 AM unless otherwise noted. Dates and locations for all regular 2026 board meetings are available here.
